Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

SacredFig wants to ensure complete satisfaction, peace of mind and a good customer experience for its customers.

The Order cancellation, returns / replacement & Refunds policy has been crafted keeping in mind the requirements of our customers, practical use cases and category requirements for the products sold under this website. 

Order Cancellation

  • For Orders placed successfully, you can cancel the order before before it has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • To cancel the order, write to us at care@sacredfig.in mentioning the Order number to be cancelled along with the reason for cancellation
  • If the Order has been shipped from our warehouse, then cancellation is not possible.

Returns / Replacements

  • In case there is damage to the product or product deficiency/discrepancy due to transit, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product delivery. You will need to include pictures of the product mentioning the concern you have (short video is preferable) over an email to care@sacredfig.in for us to enable replacement / return of the product
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product delivery. You will need to include pictures of the product mentioning the concern you have (short video is preferable) over an email to care@sacredfig.in for us to enable replacement / return of the product
  • Return, Replacement and Refund shall not be entertained in the cases where
    • The product has been used by the customer
    • The product has been damaged by the customer
    • A part of the product is broken or missing
    • In case of sets, multiple quantities, some of the quantities / products are missing
    • The tags (if any) have been removed from the product
    • There are scratches or damages to the product
    • More than 48 hours have elapsed after receiving the delivery of the product

Return / Replacement Process

  1. Customer shall send an email to our customer care at care@sacredfig.in with the order details and the issue they are facing with the product / order
  2. Our Customer care team will contact the customer within 24-48 hours to understand their issue (as required) 
  3. Our customer care team will share the details of our shipping address / warehouse address with the customer to send the product back to us for our checks. 
  4. Once the product is checked and tested by customer care team for the mentioned issues, and appears to be true, customer shall be updated and accordingly a replacement product will be shipped back to the customer. 
  5. This entire process of replacements can take upto 8-10 working days before our teams ship out the replacement product.
